Senior Pastor
Rev. Samuel Lian Hre
Senior Pastor and Founder of Chin Revival Church, established on May 26, 2006. Before founding the church, he served the Lord faithfully for over 20 years (February 1982 - December 2001). He earned his Bachelor of Theology in 1989 from ACBC in Myanmar and his Master of Arts from SAIACS in Bangalore, India.
He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on August 2, 1978, received his Local license on March 3, 1981, his General License on March 18, 1983, and was ordained by UPCM with the Ordination License on February 25, 1987.
As a devoted and committed minister of the gospel, he has been anointed by God to preach in Myanmar, India, Canada, Australia, the United States, and various countries within Europe. The Lord has entrusted him with visions for the church, ministry, and global missions.
Assistant Pastor
Rev. Biak Lian Thawng
Rev. Biak Lian Thawng became Chin Revival Church’s pastor in March 2015. He served faithfully until becoming the church’s Youth Pastor in 2017. He was ordained by the church’s senior pastor and became a Reverend in May 2021. He is now the Assistant Church Pastor as of February 2025.
Youth Pastor
Pastor Tha Uk Ceu
Tha Uk Ceu was born in Hakha, Chin State, Burma, and immigrated to the United States in 2007. He graduated from Lewisville High School in 2011 and later went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from UNT, majoring in biology, business management, and sociology.
While pursuing his academic goals, he experienced a profound calling from God that led him into full-time ministry. During the global COVID-19 pandemic, he answered that call by enrolling at Luther Rice College & Seminary, where he earned his Master’s degree in Theology.
From 2010 to 2021, he served as Principal of Revival Church School, shaping young minds and nurturing the next generation in faith and knowledge. In addition to ministry, he worked for seven years as an ESL Instructional Specialist with Lewisville Independent School District, supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
In 2021, he was officially appointed as Pastor and Christian Education (CE) Director. Currently, he serves as the Youth Pastor, faithfully leading young believers in discipleship, spiritual growth, and biblical truth.
